A: No. Cecil Homes is capable of the complete remodel which includes, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. We may hire out for items we are not licensed to do like roofing. Any hiring out will be disclosed to the owner

A: Cecil Homes does not mark up on materials

Q: Are your workers sub-hires? As-in not employees that are not necessarily connected to Cecil Home

A: All people working for Cecil Homes are employees. There are rare occasions where we have to hire out for portions of the work that we are not licensed for; like roofing. We seek homeowner approval before any hire outs ware approved.

Q: Do I need plans for a remodel?

A: It depends. No permits are normally needed for interior remodeling that may include countertop or cabinets replacement. A: No. Cecil Homes cleans up daily. We are focused on caring for your home.

A: Yes. We can help with picking materials. Part of the initial process is to lay out the project according to your goals
